About the Association

The Measurement and Evaluation Scientific Association (MESA) is a specialized association affiliated with the Union of Arab Universities.

The Educational Development Administration at Ain Shams University has been selected as its headquarters.

The association offers a range of specialized activities, including developing professional guidelines aligned with the latest standards, delivering workshops and training programs, organizing free webinars, and supporting the establishment and development of specialized centers in the field.

To become a leading and internationally accredited association in the field of assessment, measurement, and consultancy, contributing to the advancement of assessment systems in Arab universities in line with the latest technological developments.

Mission

To promote a culture of assessment and measurement and provide integrated solutions to develop assessment systems in Arab universities, contributing to fairness, transparency, and quality, while enhancing faculty competencies and preparing specialized academic and professional cadres.
